Dr. Grace Walker is a retired physical therapist and occupational therapist whose legacy in physical therapy spans more than four decades of patient care and rehabilitation. As the director of Walker Physical Therapy and Pain Center, Dr. Grace Walker incorporated a mix of conventional and holistic approaches to address musculoskeletal issues and chronic pain.
Dr. Walker holds doctorates in both physical therapy and occupational therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Over the course of her career, she pursued additional certifications in areas such as clinical nutrition, aromatherapy, orthopedic manual therapy, and herbology. She also wrote the book Bye-Bye Back Pain, which outlines a variety of strategies for addressing back-related conditions through diet, movement, and other alternative therapies.
Dr. Walker’s impact extended beyond her clinic through active involvement in professional and community organizations, including the American Physical Therapy Association, Institute for Advancement of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, and multiple youth and humanitarian programs. Even in retirement, Dr. Walker continues to educate and inspire through her writing and advocacy, empowering others to take charge of their health with knowledge, compassion, and purpose.
